The Position
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Software Developer / Team Lead in our New York City headquarters. We are seeking a top performer to join our team and lead development of our ad serving product line. Our ownership culture means you will have end-to-end responsibility over your products from initial design through production support. You will work closely with experienced management and engineers that come from successful startups (About.com) and top universities (Harvard, Penn, MIT, Waterloo, Illinois, CMU).
In this role, you will be faced with tackling complex technical challenges, providing leadership over your product area, interfacing with senior management, and collaborating with other team members. The right individual will have a deep foundation in core computer science fundamentals, diverse technical experience, and ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Requirements
* B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier program
* Expertise in core computer science disciplines & ability to rapidly learn new technologies
* 3-4 years server-side web application development with C#/.NET or similar server-side technology
* Experience with relational databases; SQL Server a plus
* Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Spring.NET a plus
* Experience with client-side Javascript development a plus
* Motivated, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
* Design, build and own our video advertising and analytics platform
* Manage releases and oversee our production environment
* Work on a cross-functional team to define business requirements and product direction
* Interface with our support team and rapidly respond to issues / requests
* Evaluate new technologies for introduction into our platform
